#121 Gmail: Two top reasons why we recommend it

We are teaching this topic because someone entered Gmail into the suggestion box (see link at right.) They probably wanted a whole class on how to use Gmail :-) We don’t have time to do that here, but we do think everyone should understand these 2 important concepts: Universal Inbox, and Device Independence. If your current system does both of these things then you’re golden!
